This silly little stick with a bit of twisted wire on the end has made things so much easier for me. I can mix more bread dough with it than with a wire whisk or wood spoon and it is extremely easy to clean. Even after some mixing one still finds wet pockets and dry pockets until the final mixture is attained, then the scraping of the spoon is still needed and washing required. The price of Dough Mixer was reasonable and even qualified for free shipping if combined with other products to meet the required minimum purchase amount. That along with positive reviews made the decision to try it easy and we are very pleased to find that the Dough Mixer lives up to all the "promises Made" in that it is very easy to use and clean up.
